Al Hashemi II 
 
It’s one of the largest wooden ships in the world today that it houses the Al-Hashemi Maritime Museum. It was opened in 2000 after 15 years of planning and constructing as its planning began in 1985, while the actual construction started in 1997. The ship cost $30 million to be built. 
 
It is 83.75 m (274 ft 9 in) long, with a 18.5 m (60 ft 8 in) beam.It is entered in the Guinness Book of World Records as the largest wooden dhow ever built, appearing in the 2002 Guinness World Records under the caption "DHOW AMAZING!" and categorized as "Ships, largest Arabic dhow". 
 
The ship has never been floated as it is used as a hall and a restaurant.
